Preview Laser Power and Scan Speed

Experience the preview when checking scan paths in a simplified user experience. Benefit from an intuitive and precise visualization of laser power and scan speed - with full control over the animation. Whether in real time or time-lapse, the preview plays the exposure at any speed, or you can go through it manually, vector by vector, millisecond by millisecond. The animation can also be limited to a specific time range so that you only see what is relevant.

Thickness Dependent Energy (TDE)

Build at low angles with high laser power without complex parameter settings. The latest feature in EOS Build gives you the ability to create good downskin surfaces combined with high productivity. With TDE (Thickness Dependent Energy), the power in the downskin region is adjusted locally depending on the thickness of the material below. TDE is already implemented in our new standard processes for Ti64 and AlSi10Mg without you having to deal with complex parameter settings.
