Thomas graduated with a degree in Business Administration and gained extensive experience in the production of Additive Manufacturing components at a well-known contract manufacturer in Germany. Since 2012, he was involved in numerous product developments and manufacturing projects of medical devices and contributed to the successful market launch of these products in many countries worldwide. In 2018 Thomas joined EOS GmbH where he is responsible for the market development of additive manufacturing technologies for Medical Devices in EMEA.

Jan Philippe believes in teaming up closely with both suppliers and customers to derive quality customer-tailored solutions. As Product and Development Manager for Dunlee, he is responsible for the growth and development of the company's 3D printing business. A passionate intercultural expert who has studied and worked in diverse locations, he holds a masters double degree from EDHEC Business School (Masters in Management) and University of Maastricht (MSc in Strategy and Innovation).
