Dave Krzeminski

Additive Minds Consulting | EOS

Dr. David Krzeminski, PhD serves as a Senior Additive Manufacturing Consultant for the EOS North America Additive Minds consulting team. Additive Minds works closely with current and potential EOS clients to provide end-to-end guidance for embracing and leveraging additive manufacturing from start to part. In his role, Krzeminski helps business leaders streamline polymer and metals application development, and he specializes in guiding complex projects through accelerated development processes. Krzeminski assists his clients bring each project from prototype to production quickly and efficiently.

Krzeminski has more than a decade of experience in additive manufacturing, applied research, and new product development for sporting goods, defense, and medical industries. With expertise solving problems at the human-material interface, Krzeminski’s history of success includes creating advanced head protection solutions and bringing foam replacement technologies to market for a Silicon Valley startup. He has also played an integral role in developing EOS’s Digital Foam™ program.

Krzeminski earned undergraduate degrees in Materials Science and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a doctoral degree in Sports and High Performance Materials from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Caleb-Ferrell

Caleb Ferrell

General Manager | ALM

Caleb Ferrell is the General Manager for Advanced Laser Materials, a leader in custom material solutions for laser sintering. With almost 20 years of experience in additive manufacturing (AM), Caleb directs the powder manufacturing operations in North America and manages the supply of ALM and EOS materials. Caleb's passion is process improvement, drawing upon his extensive expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize the production, logistics, supply chain, and quality of ALM products. He is also responsible for warehousing and logistics and EOS systems and spares for the North American market.

Before joining ALM, Caleb played a pivotal role in expanding AM applications at Harvest Technologies, a company later acquired by Stratasys. During his 10 years with the company, he focused on quality and aerospace program management responsibilities and helped certify Harvest as one of the first AM companies under the AS9100 international aerospace quality standard. This achievement played a key role in boosting the recognition and demand for one of ALM's most successful materials, FR-106.

Caleb holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering.

Jon Walker

Government Relations and Key Account Manager | EOS

Jon Walker is a Government Relations and Key Account Manager at EOS North America. In his 7 years at EOS, Jon’s growth within the organization has allowed him to support major automotive OEMs integrate additive manufacturing into their supply chain, collaborate with service providers supporting a variety of industries, and enable top brands in sporting goods as they integrate 3D printed Digital Foam™ into their product portfolio. In his current role, Jon is focused on strengthening the relationships between EOS and noncommercial organizations like government organizations and universities.

Prior to working at EOS, Jon managed sales activity in the Midwest at GF Machining Solutions, where he focused on increasing quality and reduce processing time for customer parts focusing on the mold and die industry. He began his career working for Mazak Corporation as a direct salesman before elevating to a management position where customers depended on his knowledge in manufacturing automation and serial production.

Jon graduated from Elmira College in New York with a bachelor’s degree in business, management, and marketing.
